French

Bonjour!

One language sets you in a corridor for life.
Two languages open every door along the way.
- Frank Smith, Psycholinguist

Here at Marriott we learn French from Year 2 onwards.

Learning a foreign language  provides our pupils with the opportunity to find out about other cultures, to recognise that people around the world communicate using different languages, and to encourage curiosity of the world and a desire to learn further languages.

We follow the Language Angels Scheme of work.
