How to cope during the Coronavirus closures

Hi Everyone,

Please note that our opening hours have altered since the last communication you received from us. We are currently able to safely provide the following services thanks to our hardworking staff:

  • Emergency Food Parcels – Tuesdays & Thursdays 10-11am

To ensure we help those most vulnerable at this time we are continuing to deliver hampers on a referral based system using our usual Food Store Vouchers. We recognise that many referees will no longer be working with clients face-to-face and so alongside accepting physical copies brought to us by referred individuals in need we will also be accepting scanned & emailed copies of signed and completed vouchers from referral agencies and organisations. To help us to deliver a quick service please ensure you have emailed vouchers to us in advance of sending an individual in need to us stating whether an individual has accommodation or is rough sleeping to enable us to prepare the appropriate food parcel.

  • Takeaway Meal – Tuesdays 6-7pm

For anyone who is rough sleeping or in need of emergency provision of a hot meal. We will be serving people immediately as they arrive and asking individuals to eat their meal away from the premises to encourage social distancing.  No referral or voucher is needed to access this meal.

As we will be continuing to review our services over the coming weeks please keep an eye on our website and social media channels for our most up-to-date service opening times.

Thanks for all you’re doing to help those in need at this time.

Kind Regards

Debbie Watson
